2010

A quick post as we're heading off this morning. The plan is to spend a few days in the hill country then head down to the south coast.

Got back to Sri Lanka on Saturday evening. Sakkib and Jiří actually arrived on Saturday morning, so I'd arranged a hotel in Negombo near the airport for Saturday night. Sunday morning - while they were still sleeping - I caught a bus down to Colombo to pick up the trust Nissan Sunny and by mid-afternoon we were in Kandy.

The weather has been great, so we've been to the pool two days in a row and yesterday also visited the botanical gardens. Maggie got back yesterday afternoon and although she was planning on spending the rest of the break here in Kandy as she said she was sick of travelling, she's decided to come with us to Ella today.

Better pack - again!
